Online Banking FAQs

  1. You can enroll online. All you need to get started is a Bank of Zachary account, email and internet access.

  2. Contact account services and we will contact bill pay to have the problem resolved.

  3. To add or remove any accounts from your online banking you will have to contact account services to do this for you. There is an option to "hide" an account from your online banking. This feature only hides the account from viewing it on online banking but can be unhidden whenever needed.

  4. Yes, you can download your files directly to quickbooks.

  5. Once you have logged into the system, click on the bill pay tab and follow the screen. You must have your bills when setting up the payments due to the information that is required.

  6. To view statements you will have to log in to your online banking, scroll over the accounts tab and select account statement, statement preference, select email notifications & online access, save changes and then click view statements. This will only need to be done once.

    Choose the account (if you have more than one) you want to see a statement for from the list of accounts. The dates from which your statement cut off will show up on your screen next, once you click on a certain date your statement for that month will pop up.

  7. You will select your user ID and password when you self-enroll. If we have to set you up for some reason, we will give you a personalized user id and temporary password which can be changed once you log in.

  8. You can view statements from the past twelve months.  Upon request, Account Services can publish historical statements to your account for viewing.

  9. If you click on "forgot password" you can reset it or you can call account services to reset it for you. When you click on forgot password our automated system will either call or text the number we have on file to reset it for you.

  10. Yes, when you self-enroll you will be prompted to choose your own user id and password. If you ever want to change the user id or password you can also do this while logged in to your internet banking.

  11. Yes, to pay a loan on online banking you will have to go to the transfers tab & transfer the money to the loan. If paying your regular monthly installment, be sure to choose Regular Payment to ensure proper posting. Use Principal only for a principal reduction.

  12. Your email address can be updated by going to the administration tab then manage contact info.
